Eagle-Heart is a five acre facility located in Friendswood, Texas just minutes from Hobby Airport and downtown Houston.   It is a heavily wooded land isolated on three sides by Coward's Creek just behind Stevenson Park. The beauty of this space is enhanced by its wildlife, natural fauna, and peaceful views.

There are nearby jogging paths, nature trails, tennis, volleyball  and basketball courts.  Great restaurants, theatres, hotels, and shopping malls are within a ten minute drive.  Excellent catering services are available upon request.

Rental Space 

Rental space is available for groups up to forty people with pricing based upon facility utilization, length of usage, and special needs of group. The facility includes one large seminar room seating up to forty people theatre style with two breakout rooms holding up to 15. There are two restrooms conveniently situated and a snack area which includes refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.

The decked patio area includes dining area, swimming pool, and hot tub.

We do not allow alcohol, illegal drugs, or any form of loud offensive music.  Smoking is limited to the deck area around the pool where ash trays are conveniently located.

Rates

Four Hour Reservations     $100.00 per four hours

8:00 am to 12:00 noon    1:00 pm to 5:00 pm    6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

All day 8:00 am to 10:00 pm    $200.00
